I've
literally written the book on mortgages in Alberta

over 30 years mortgage underwriting experience with Canada’s largest
Bank,
including over 20 years approving Residential Mortgages and Consumer
and
Business loans throughout Western Canada. During the last 8 years
of my banking career, I also wrote the Alberta Mortgage Guidelines for
the bank, as well as having previously managed the Southern Alberta
Mortgage
Processing Centre for over 6 years, so I know mortgages “inside and
out”.
Accordingly, I am able to anticipate potential problems before they
occur
so that you won’t have any unexpected surprises in your mortgage
transaction.

have
been in the Financial Services industry for over 35 years, most of that
time with a major bank, where I was a very successful Mortgage
