I had over 30 years mortgage underwriting experience with Canada’s largest Bank, including over 20 years approving Residential Mortgages and Consumer and Business loans throughout Western Canada.  During the last 8 years of my banking career, I also wrote the Alberta Mortgage Guidelines for the bank, as well as having previously managed the Southern Alberta Mortgage Processing Centre for over 6 years, so I know mortgages “inside and out”.  Accordingly, I am able to anticipate potential problems before they occur so that you won’t have any unexpected surprises in your mortgage transaction.  After all, what will likely be one of the largest financial transactions of your lifetime shouldn’t be stressful.
